Here we believe in the complete health of an individual through body, mind and Spirit. Queen is a healer in the practices of Reiki and an expert in the field of holistic arts. Understanding that to gain the best complete version of oneself she pursues balance, success and attaining complete peace of self through the mind in positive attitudes of choice and high self belief through the spirit in soul searching daily meditation reaching further spiritual planes by practicing the art of stillness. Finally by the body in not only its daily care of yoga and physical endurance but also what is consumed. Queen understands that our gut is our second brain and that for our body to be at its peak in sustainability, endurance, rejuvenation and inviguration what is also necessary are the foods we consume.
First let’s define Vegan and address the health benefits.
According to BBC,
”They found that people who eat vegan and vegetarian diets have a lower risk of heart disease, but a higher risk of stroke, possibly partly due to a lack of B12. The researchers found that those who didn't eat meat had 10 fewer cases of heart disease and three more strokes per 1,000 people compared with the meat-eaters.”
With so many health benefits to Vegan it’s easy to understand that it not only nourishes your body but your soul. Queen focuses on both aspects of vegan living because it’s not just a diet it’s a life style. Queen has broken the traditional barriers of understanding what a Vegan diet is expected to taste and look like.
